Delivery Charges

New Zealand and Australia:

The standard delivery charge is a flat fee of $10 for deliveries to New Zealand or Australian addresses.
 
Please note that we can only deliver to physical street addresses and that a signature is required for all deliveries. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 business days at online@roddandgunn.com. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against the carriers. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our carriers that delivery was not successful.
 

Rest of World:

The delivery charge for orders to international addresses are calculated during the order process.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery Period

We endeavour to ensure that orders for delivery to addresses within New Zealand and Australia arrive within 10 business days of the order being placed and dispatched.

We endeavour to ensure that orders for delivery to addresses outside of New Zealand and Australia arrive within 17 business days of the order being placed and dispatched.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package. You can track your order via TNT, Courier Post or UPS websites or you can send us an email via Order Enquiry link at the bottom of every page of our websites; you will need your order number to do so.
  

Delivery Charges for Returns

Delivery charges will not be incurred for replacement of faulty products or products supplied at Rodd & Gunn's error.

Replacement delivery costs will be charged for replacements for goods for which you have changed your mind. They will be charged to the credit card that you used to make your original purchase. Please see our Returns Information section for more detail.
