  • If you currently receive VIP emails from us, please enter your email address on our LOGIN page and click 'send me a password reminder'.
  • Our website will then email you a password that we have allocated to your VIP account.
  • Please use this password along with your email address to then LOGIN in to our site.
  • To change your password at any time, simply click on the 'My Account' tab and update your account.
  • Please note that all prices displayed once logged in as a VIP customer are inclusive of your VIP discount.
